The Ashwath factory is so state-of-the-art that it is perhaps the only wet process infrastructure that operates on a completely dry floor. The manufacturing infrastructure at Ashwath is capable of processing up to 15 tonnes of fabric and print up-to 10 tonnes of it in an 8-hour working day. The entire process of garmenting starting from fabric slitting to a state-of-the-art continuous print wash and dye wash bleaching-drying, softening, edge gum to compacting, realigning, ironing, dyeing, and printing.
